Today’s our lucky day, girls, as we get another chance to drool swoon over the hotness that is Alexander Skarsgard, thanks to the lovely people at Vanity Fair Italia who had him over for a delish photoshoot. Oh, and an interview obviously, to talk about his latest film, The Legend of Tarzan.
I, like any other girl on God’s green earth, practically start to giggle every time I stumble upon a picture of the Battleship hunk, but when they come in a batch, like these ones, it’s like Christmas morning. And if you thought he was hot in True Blood (go ahead, take a moment to remember all the naked scenes), wait till you see him as Tarzan. Jaw-dropping. Even more so, knowing how much he’s had to work to get that body. He had to go through months of training and follow an incredibly strict diet, just so that us girls can keep calm and pretend we’re all Janes lost in the jungle for two hours. And you all better make sure you enjoy it because I’m not sure how the sequel will turn out.
“At this point I’m ready to do a sequel, as long as it focuses on Tarzan going back to England and putting on a belly,” he joked.
