Kylie Jenner's Makeup Tutorial

We all want that flawless look that celebrities always flaunt, making us think they must have been born under a lucky star to have such perfect skin. Well, before you go cursing your blemished, freckled complexion again and smash your mirror into a wall, setting yourself up for seven years of bad luck and a few cuts while cleaning up the shards, just know that their secret lies in the makeup. And with a little bit of help, you could have that perfect look too.

Wanna look like Kylie Jenner? Nothing easier. Just follow this tutorial that she recently shared on Snapchat and prepare to be awed by your own reflection at the end.

1. The foundation. She started by mixing two lightweight bases, Urban Decay Naked Skin One & Done Hybrid Complexion Perfector and Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation, which she evenly applied with the Beautyblender, the little sponge that's all the rage among celebs and makeup artists alike these days. You should also know that Urban Decay's complexion cream also has an SPF 20 to protect you against sun damage, which is another plus.

2. The brows. First she used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Caramel pencil to fill her brows in and define their shape, then the Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealing Crème to outline her brows and really make them pop. She blended it well into the foundation then used the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder to set her base around her brow area.

3. Eyes. Now, when it comes to eye makeup, you should know that it's not really about the brand or color of the eyeshadow as much as how you blend the shades into that perfect combination that really makes your eyes stand out. Kylie used three shades of matte brown eyeshadow, applying the lightest shade on her lid, the medium shade along her crease and the darkest one along the mid to outer corner of her lash line. She then used the Beautyblender again to apply the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer under her eyes to clean up any fallout and on the bridge of her nose as a highlight.

4. General setting. Kylie used the Laura Mercier powder to set up the whole look, only this time she gave the Beautyblender a bit of extra water to avoid that cakey look, a tip she picked up from Mario Dedivanovic, Kim Kardashian's longtime makeup artist and friend. Then she contoured her cheekbones with Chanel Double Perfection Lumière Powder Makeup in Ambre and Benefit Hoola Matte Bronzer.

5. Back to the eyes. Kylie went back to the brows to set her arches with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel. She curled her lashes and applied the Lancome Oscillation Mascara in Black on the top ones. For a softer look she chose a brown mascara for the lower lashes. Finally, she blended the Sephora Colorful Shadow & Liner in Brown along her lower lashline.

6. Final touches. On her cheeks, Kylie used her favorite blush, Sephora Colorful Face Powder in Passionate, then she highlighted her cheekbones with Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector Champagne Pop. And for the lips, she used her own Kylie Lip Kit Lip Liner in Candy K to line and fill her lips and her soon-to-be-released Koko Lip Gloss.

That's it. Now, I know that in order to get all these makeup products you'd have to cough up half your monthly salary but hey, it's the price of beauty, babes.
